Hi, I’m Ty.
I created Centered Path Wellness to provide faith-based, holistic wellness coaching for women and girls seeking greater balance, resilience, and wholeness in the midst of life’s challenges and transitions.
My background is in Health and wellness education, and I am certified in both mental health coaching and youth mental health coaching. Over the years, I have worked extensively with youth, families, and communities through mentoring, fitness and wellness education, coaching, leadership development, and program facilitation.
In addition to my professional background, horses and the agricultural world have shaped much of who I am. Through years of horsemanship, teaching, and caring for animals, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for grounded living, nervous system awareness, resilience, connection, and the importance of caring for the whole person — emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Like many women, my own life has also included seasons of grief, loss, rebuilding, and major transition. Those experiences deepened my understanding of how important it is to have spaces where people feel supported, seen, encouraged, and equipped with practical tools to move forward with hope and steadiness.
My approach to wellness is compassionate, practical, faith-centered, and rooted in the belief that growth often happens in small, intentional steps over time. At Centered Path Wellness, my hope is to create a space where women and girls can reconnect with themselves, strengthen healthy rhythms, and pursue lives marked by greater peace, confidence, and wholehearted wellbeing.
I’m so glad you’re here.
